STOCKHOLM, Sweden and BOSTON, MA– May 2, 2007 – Tail-f Systems, a leading software developer of XML-based network management solutions, today announced an expansion of its North American presence with the recent hire of Michael Klemens as Vice President of North American Sales. Klemens will spearhead North American sales, focusing on suppliers of carrier and enterprise-class networking equipment. In his new position, Klemens will leverage both his extensive sales experience in the industry and his expertise in networking and embedded software.

Klemens, 45, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland. Klemens brings to Tail-f over 15 years of embedded software sales experience and has worked over a dozen years at Wind River and its acquired companies. Throughout his career, he has consistently met and exceeded sales goals.
